Ally Homes LLC ("Ally Homes," "we," "us") is a Florida limited liability company that buys residential property directly from owners in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties. This policy explains what information we collect through allyhomes.io and our text message program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Text messages are sent by Ally Homes LLC.
Information we collect. When you contact us through our website form, by phone, by text, or by email, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and anything you tell us about the property or your situation. If you opt in to text messages, we record your mobile number, the date and time of your consent, and the form or keyword you used to opt in. Our website also collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we collect mobile numbers. We collect mobile numbers only when you enter them yourself in the contact form, by texting or calling us first, or by giving your number to us directly during a conversation. Text message consent is collected only through the optional, unchecked consent box on our website form. Checking that box is not required to submit the form, to receive an offer, or to work with us.
How we use your information. We use it to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and make an offer on your property, schedule calls and visits, send documents related to a transaction, and follow up on an open conversation. If you opted in to texts, we use your mobile number to send the messages described in our SMS Terms.
Text messaging and your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell mobile numbers or opt-in data.
Service providers. We use third-party services to run the business: website hosting (Webflow), email and document storage (Google Workspace), a customer relationship system, a business phone and messaging platform, and title and closing companies when a transaction proceeds. These providers process information only to deliver their service to us and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Public records and property data. We also use publicly available property records and licensed property data services to identify properties and verify ownership. That data is governed by its own sources and is separate from information you give us directly.
Retention. We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to respond to you, complete or document a transaction, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Consent records for text messaging are kept for at least four years after the last message. You may ask us to delete your information at any time; we will honor the request unless the law requires us to keep it.
Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted services, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls or emails, tell us and we will remove you from our contact lists. To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, contact us at info@allyhomes.io or (727) 346-8266.
Children. Our website and services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes. We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and the current version will always be on this page.
